Nothing like a Challenge to get me going again....

Yep, I am participating with a group of fellow artistically minded folks to do a monthly Art Challenge!!  January has had me doing my books & paying my taxes (yuck!)... trying to get things cleaned and reorganized in my studio (double-yuck!!)... but while at those tasks also putting together a piece for an Art Challenge...

The challenge was to do a Numbers Collage, and of course I decided to do it with Jewelry...

My friend Jill took a picture of me holding my piece (at the Art Challenge meeting)... as you can see it is an Art Piece, a bit too wide to wear...

This (oops a bit blurry) picture shows some of the details... Top Row: gears, pi, clock face, infinite.  Bottom Row: postmark w/address, parallelogram, gears, music, ammonite (Fibonacci), 8 cent postage stamp w/Einstein's face, triangle, measuring tape....

Numbers in all kinds of uses...

This is already being deconstructed & the pieces will be re-purposed...
